Borsa İstanbul has closed trading in three funds run by Tera Portföy, according to a notice on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) reported by Bloomberg HT, Borsa Gündem and YatırımX on Tuesday morning.
Their trading lines (işlem sıraları) were closed as of 27 October 2026, the notice said.
Which funds are affected
The decision covers:
– Tera Portföy Konut Alfa Katılım Gayrimenkul Yatırım Fonu (TPKGY.F1), a real estate investment fund whose name refers to housing (konut) – Tera Portföy Game Invest Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu (TPYGI.F2), a venture capital fund – Tera Portföy Tech Invest Teknoloji Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Fonu (TPYTI.F2), a technology venture capital fund
With their trading lines closed, units in the three funds can no longer be bought or sold on the exchange. The notice did not say when, or whether, trading would resume.
Link to the SPK decision
Borsa Gündem reported that the exchange acted on the basis of SPK’s weekly bulletin No. 2026/75, dated 26 October 2026.
The move comes as Law No. 7596 on fund liquidations, now in force, lets investors receive interim payments of up to 1 million lira per fund. On Tuesday SPK also published the payout procedures, under which Türkiye İş Bankası will handle the liquidation of Tera’s funds and Ziraat Bankası those of Pusula and Atlas Portföy, with money market funds paid first.
Neither the KAP notice nor the news reports said whether the three listed funds will be wound up under the same procedures, or gave the number of investors or the size of the funds.

Official notices on the funds are published on KAP (kap.org.tr) and in SPK’s weekly bulletins. For earlier coverage of the crisis, see our report on the payments already made to investors.
