As Türkiye heads into winter, boiler servicing, air conditioning and insulation are back on many households’ to-do lists, and so is the question of what a fair price looks like. This guide sets out typical price ranges for common home services in November 2026, according to price data compiled by ilan.com.tr, a directory of tradespeople and service firms in Türkiye, from its price pages and firm listings.
The figures below are **typical ranges, not fixed prices**. What you actually pay depends on the city, the firm and the scope of the job. Euro equivalents are approximate, at about 56 lira to the euro (EUR/TRY 55.96 on 3 November 2026).
Moving house
For a move within the same city, a 2+1 home typically costs 20,000 to 35,000 TL (about €360 to €625) and a 3+1 home 25,000 to 50,000 TL (about €450 to €895). The typical price for a 2+1 move is around 27,500 TL in Istanbul and around 29,000 TL in İzmir. Cleaning and carpet washing
A one-day home clean costs about 3,000 to 4,000 TL for a 2+1 flat and 4,000 to 6,000 TL for a 3+1. Larger flats in Istanbul can reach 7,000 TL.
Machine-made carpets are usually washed by the square metre:
– Istanbul: 85 to 120 TL per m² – Ankara: 65 to 125 TL per m² – İzmir: 85 to 125 TL per m² – Antalya: 85 to 150 TL per m² – Şanlıurfa: around 60 TL per m²

Pest control
Treating a flat of up to 70 m² for cockroaches costs on average about 1,400 TL in Istanbul, 1,300 TL in Ankara, 1,250 TL in Bursa and 1,150 TL in İzmir.
Painting
Interior painting labour typically costs 60 to 180 TL per m². For an 80 to 100 m² flat, labour plus standard paint usually comes to 10,000 to 25,000 TL (about €180 to €445). Heating and cooling
– **Air conditioning:** installation 2,500 to 5,000 TL, servicing 900 to 2,500 TL and a refrigerant gas top-up 1,000 to 4,500 TL. Insulation and renovation
– **External insulation (mantolama)** with 5 cm EPS board: 450 to 800 TL per m², materials and labour included. – **Glazed balcony (cam balkon)**, folding single-glazed: 3,500 to 8,700 TL per m². – **Bathroom renovation**, a complete 4 to 6 m² bathroom at the economy end: 100,000 to 190,000 TL (about €1,790 to €3,400).
How many firms are listed
ilan.com.tr’s listings show how supply is concentrated in the largest cities. It lists 1,370 painters in Istanbul, 192 in Antalya and 157 in Bursa; 618 removal firms in Istanbul, 129 in Bursa and 120 in Antalya; and 907 boiler service firms in Istanbul and 509 in Ankara.
What affects the price
– **City:** prices are generally higher in Istanbul and the big resort areas than in smaller cities. – **Size of the home:** most jobs are priced by the room, the square metre or the volume of goods. – **Materials:** paint quality, insulation board and glass type can change a quote substantially. – **Season:** September to November is busy for boiler servicing, insulation and moving, so firms may be booked up and less flexible on price. – **Floor and lift access:** for moving and renovation, upper floors without a lift, or homes that need a furniture lift, cost more.
Tips
– **Get at least three quotes** for the same scope of work. – **Ask whether materials are included**, and which brand or grade. – **Ask for a written quote** that lists the work, the price, the timing and any warranty.
