AJet, the low-cost subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, has launched a short sale of discounted domestic tickets with one-way fares starting at 1,200 lira including taxes, for weekday travel between late November and late February.
According to a statement reported by Anadolu Agency on Thursday, the offer covers 100,000 seats on one-way direct domestic flights. The fares are valid for travel from 24 November 2026 to 25 February 2027, on weekdays only.
Booking deadline is Friday night
The tickets can be bought until 23:59 on Friday, 23 October, and only through the airline’s website, ajet.com, and the AJet mobile app; travel agencies and other sales channels are not included. The airline did not list specific routes or say whether baggage is included in the advertised fare. Like most low-cost carriers, AJet sells its cheapest fares with limited allowances and charges extra for checked luggage and seat selection, so travellers should check what is included before paying.
The offer may suit residents planning off-season trips between major cities or to distant eastern provinces, where road journeys can take a day or more.
Busy domestic market
AJet was spun off from Turkish Airlines as a separate brand in 2024, taking over its former AnadoluJet domestic and regional network. It operates mainly from Istanbul’s Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Ankara Esenboğa, and competes on domestic routes with Pegasus and SunExpress.
The airline regularly runs flash campaigns tied to the low season. The latest comes as passenger traffic across Türkiye continues to grow; Turkish airports handled about 193 million passengers in the first nine months of 2026, and AJet is also expanding internationally with planned direct flights from Dalaman and Bodrum to Germany next summer.
For foreign residents, cheaper domestic flights are one way to keep travel costs down at a time of high inflation. Our cost of living in Türkiye guide looks at transport and other everyday expenses, and Antalya foreign visitor figures show how busy the resort regions have been this year.
